FPS Food Process Solutions, a supplier of turnkey food processing systems, is pressing ahead with an ambitious global expansion as it targets growing demand from food manufacturers worldwide.
The company said it is investing across multiple regions to strengthen manufacturing capacity, logistics and technology development, marking what it describes as a new phase of growth.
In the Middle East and Africa, FPS MEA is opening its second location in central Morocco, which will serve as a logistics hub overseeing equipment, parts and inventory for the region. The site is scheduled to become fully operational in January 2026 and is intended to improve service responsiveness across key markets.
In the United States, GEM Equipment of Oregon, part of the FPS group, is expanding its facility in Mt Angel, Oregon. Renovations are under way and are expected to be completed in the spring of 2026. Once finished, the site will provide 110,000 square feet of space dedicated to manufacturing, spare parts, inventory and offices, supporting increased production and after-sales capabilities.
FPS is also expanding in South America, where its Brazilian operations are based at a major industrial technology hub in São Paulo. By the summer of 2026, the company expects to bring online a new 29,000-square-foot facility that will house manufacturing operations, spare parts storage and office functions, further strengthening its regional footprint.
In Asia, FPS has broken ground on a large-scale development in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. The nine-floor facility, covering 119,000 square feet and scheduled for completion in the autumn of 2026, is designed to function as an integrated food production platform. The site will include equipment research and development, a global training center and a technological command center enabling real-time remote monitoring of equipment deployed worldwide.
European operations are also being expanded, with FPS planning to complete the enlargement of its facility in Goes, Netherlands, by the end of 2026. The project will increase manufacturing capacity and inventory space to a total of 61,000 square feet, supporting customers across the region.
Jeffrey Chang, President of FPS Food Process Solutions Corp., said the coming year would be pivotal for the company. “2026 will be a major year in implementing this new chapter of development for FPS — one where innovation, technology, manufacturing and full-scale production are fully coming together in key locations around the world. What was once an idea is turning into reality where industry professionals can make a difference, all to advance the future of food manufacturing,” he said.
The expansion program underscores FPS’s strategy of combining localized manufacturing and logistics with centralized technology development, as global food producers invest in automation, efficiency and scalable processing solutions.
