One of the most anticipated events in 2014 is the biennial Europain, taking place from March 8th to 12th in Paris. Europain is dedicated to the bakery, pastry and confectionery markets and in 2012 attracted 82,690 visitors from all over the world, an increase of 7,2%, compared to the previous edition. “Many of the 770 French and foreign companies attending the exhibition specifically offer solutions that considerably simplify day-to-day activity and help to make production more efficient and – most of all – more profitable”, according to trade fair representatives.
