Frozen pastry manufacturer Coppenrath & Wiese has launched new products featuring frozen berries. In the “Wild Berry Yoghurt Cream Tart”, that has a recommended retail price of EUR10.99, raspberries and blackberries are embedded in yoghurt cream, on shortcrust pastry between a batter and sponge cake.
“With a trendy, marbled mirror in a swirl look made of blackberry and raspberry mousse and yoghurt cream, the cake is guaranteed to attract attention on every coffee table,” Coppenrath & Wiese representatives said. The “apple and strawberry strudel with vanilla pudding”, with a recommended retail price of EUR2.49,) brings more variety to the strudel range. The filling made of apple pieces, strawberries, and vanilla pudding is covered in puff pastry and sprinkled with coarse sugar.
The products are also practical, as the strudel can be divided into four portions when frozen.
