Trends in industrial catering will be showcased during the educational program at this year’s Internorga, the hospitality and catering trade show taking place this March 17-21 in Hamburg. The 36th International Foodservice Forum will be opened at the Hamburg Mehr! Theatre on 16 March 2017 and will showcase information on how companies can position themselves at international level for competitiveness and success going forward. The German supply market, which gives major value-added opportunities, will be addressed by Julian Dames and Emanuel Pallua of foodora, Berlin.

Leading speakers from institutional catering will discuss current and future market topics during the German Catering Congress, titled “What’s on the Menu for Tomorrow?” while the 7th School Catering Forum will focus on sustainability, innovation and waste management. Moreover, this event will debate the rising interest in vegetarian and vegan menus in schools all over Germany.
