Field Fare Launches New Frozen Ranges

Field Fare has launched a range of fresh frozen stuffed pastas, direct from Liguria and a range of pastry ‘purses’ from Nottingham’s award-winning, family-run country butcher.

The pastry range is produced by Nottinghamshire based Maloney’s, a family-run, country butcher since 1979. As they explain, “we make our pastry from scratch, with our butchers making the fillings in batches using the meat we butcher in house. This is then steamed in cooking bags overnight for ten hours to produce a tender filling that has retained its own cooking liquor for maximum flavor. Next we stamp out our pastry cases by hand into the various shapes and sizes we need and hand finish the products which are then frozen in batches.”

The pasta range is produced by a family business in Liguria and this first launch from the new pasta range draws on ancient recipes, regional ingredients and the traditional flavors of Ligurian Piedmontese cuisine. The products are frozen immediately, retaining shape, flavors and quality: as delicious as fresh, with the convenience of frozen, and available from 6th November 2018.
