Frostkrone to Showcase Latest Line-up at Anuga

Beginning October 4, Frostkrone Food Group will debut its latest lineup of finger-food innovations at Anuga in Cologne, showcasing the company’s strategy to redefine convenience snacks with bold flavors, modern formats, and broad appeal for both retail and foodservice.

Among the highlights are Cheesy Loops, golden-brown cheese rings designed to catch the eye in the freezer aisle and disappear quickly once served. Crispy on the outside and creamy at the center, the product underscores Frostkrone’s approach of pairing culinary creativity with commercial viability.

The Loops will be available in Cheddar Potato, Cheddar Onion, and Cheddar Jalapeño, catering to mainstream tastes as well as consumers seeking a spicier kick. Company representatives say the product is versatile enough to work as a snack, side dish, or sharing plate, positioning it as a profitable addition for retailers and operators.

Frostkrone is also rolling out Pizza Squares, a new take on a familiar classic. Made with sourdough that crisps on the outside while remaining airy inside, the Squares are designed for convenience and bake in minutes. Offered in Salami, Margherita, and Three Cheeses, they target the “anytime snacking” trend and aim to turn a casual craving into a quick pizza indulgence.

On the sweeter side, the company is introducing Sweet Dreams, a dessert concept that reimagines the empanada. Wrapped in a delicate pastry crust, the treats come with fillings including cherry, apple, vanilla cream, and chocolate. Sized between 20 and 25 grams, they are designed to be prepared quickly in standard appliances and are positioned as a flexible option for retail, foodservice, or bake-off settings.

Executives say the new offerings respond directly to consumer demand for variety, lifestyle-driven formats, and authentic taste. “At Anuga, we invite everyone to experience our finger-food and snack range first-hand,” said Dervieux. “Come and see for yourself — visit us in Hall 4.2 at Stand 049.”

For more than 25 years, Frostkrone has sought to set benchmarks in the finger-food sector, relying on eight international development centers that generate over 100 product ideas annually, with more than 40 reaching market each year. That steady output, the company says, reflects a strategy of combining trend awareness with consumer insight to maintain its position in the global convenience segment.
