Frozen Vegetable Conference by PROFEL

PROFEL, the European Association of Fruit and Vegetable Processors is organizing its 8th Conference for the canned and frozen vegetable sector on Thursday 25th April 2013, at the Golden Tulip Airport Hotel in Brussels. The half-day event entitled “Innovation and Communication: How to bring our better products to the consumer” will tackle the innovation theme in the food sector in general, and also look at the fruit and vegetable sector in particular. Speakers will provide examples of how science and research can be used to serve the industry’s operational needs. They will also look at new ways of presenting goods to the consumer, new ways of communicating the excellent qualities of processed vegetables, and how consumers perceive innovation in the sector.
