The networking group of the frozen food industry will host an event focused on IQF fruits in Monaco, on April 24-25th 2018.
The format of this fifth edition of the Polaris Europe is still the run-in framework of pre-scheduled face-to-face meetings. This event is restricted to only 100 suppliers worldwide and 50 European buyers mostly coming from industries such as jam, dehydrating, fruit preparation, etc.
“Buyers and suppliers invite each other for face-to-face meetings of usually 30 minutes each. In less than 24 hours, a participant can generate up to 30 qualified meetings as a total of 1700 meetings are scheduled during the event,” according to the organizers.
