Snack manufacturer Kind marks its debut on the frozen aisle with the launch of Kind Frozen, a plant-based ice-cream bar that uses almond istead of dairy. The ice cream bars come in two flavors: dark chocolate peanut butter and the dark chocolate almond sea salt. The recipe is based on dark chocolate, chopped nuts, and nut butter, and features 8g of sugar.
The product will be available at Walmart, Target, Amazon, and most major national retailers by the end of June.
Kind is also releasing its limited-edition Kind Pride bar again this year, with 100% of net proceeds benefitting the Ali Forney Center.
