The Kronen Quality Management System (QMS) has been certified in the areas of development, production and sales according to the international standard ISO 9001: 2015. As the most widely used international standard in quality management, the standard ISO 9001 specifies requirements for the QMS of companies to meet customer requirements and product or service quality. In the context of the quality management system, business processes are identified and documented as well as assessed to whether they are suitable for fulfilling the quality goals and customer requirements.
The entire Kronen team was involved in the implementation of the standard – in the past 9 months the qualifications of the employees have been expanded through internal and external training and the established and proven processes at Kronen, which have been continuously developed over the years, have been documented in accordance with the standard without external support and processes were optimized. In the spring, an extensive audit was carried out by TÜV Süd.
The fulfillment of the requirements of the QMS is monitored by validation of processes by all employees, as part of internal audits and by regular external audits. This ensures transparent processes, the ability to adapt to markets and customer requirements and promotes the optimization of internal company processes.
