Not only pasta from Zini: after the resounding success achieved by its range Le Salse, Zini decided to present 3 new recipes on the occasion of SIAL 2012, thus increasing to 11 the items of this range. The first new recipe to be presented is the Salsa alla Parmigiana, made with fresh tomatoes and basil, enriched with dices of aubergines and mozzarella cheese. There is then the Ragu di Mare, with fish and shellfishes, and the renowned Carbonara, with eggs and crispy bacon. All these sauces are made according to the most genuine Italian cooking tradition, without preservatives and additives. However, beside the respect of traditions as for recipes and ingredients, there is also a great point of innovation: their handy granular shape allows a faster and easier use if compared with the frozen sauce pellets. Re-heating time is drastically reduced: the grains defreeze quickly and they can be reheated directly with pasta Zini, in the microwave or in the pan. The packaging is practical in 1 kg bags, easy to store both in professional and domestic freezers and in the freeze counters of mass retailers. Zini will be at SIAL in Hall 06 Stand C 049.
