Pescanova announced three cooked products with shrimps following typical recipes of others countries and a practical format which allows a gourmet starter to the lunch and the dinner.
El carpaccio, ceviche and shrimps tartar are presented in a case that contains two bags: the one with blanching shrimps and the second with the sauce. They just need to be defrosted in cold water between 3 and 5 minutes, and the ingredients are mixed and they are ready to pour. Each pack includes a QR code so that the costumer can download a video about the preparation of each recipe. The 3 varieties, carpaccio, ceviche and shrimp tartar, are sold in a 150 gram format (100 grams of prawns and 50 grams of sauce).
