The relaunch introduces five new pizzas, each crafted on Franco Manca’s signature slow-rising sourdough base. Developed using traditional Italian baking methods, the bases are hand-stretched and baked in Italy, then transported to the UK, where they are topped by hand with premium ingredients sourced for their quality and authenticity. The result is a range designed to capture the bold, fresh taste that has long defined the Franco Manca brand.

Among the highlights are the Chicken Gyros Pizza, combining sweet and smoky Greek-style chicken with sun-dried tomatoes and a garlic mint drizzle, and the Meatball Ragu Pizza, featuring beef and pork meatballs, a spicy pork crumb, and a rich tomato ragu. Also included are a Salami & ’Nduja Pizza with creamy mozzarella and a side of hot honey drizzle, a Halloumi & Hot Honey Pizza with chargrilled peppers, and a Quattro Formaggi pizza showcasing mascarpone, Cheddar, mozzarella, and pecorino, finished with a balsamic drizzle.
All five offerings are anchored by the brand’s hallmark sourdough crust, crafted with 00 flour made from 100% Italian-selected grains and topped with a rich Italian tomato sauce.
The visual identity of the range has also been refreshed. A bold, modern packaging design aims to increase on-shelf standout and reflect the elevated nature of the new recipes.
