TUTTOFOOD Milano Looks Ahead to 2026 Edition

Organizers of TUTTOFOOD Milano said the 2025 edition underscored the show’s growing international profile, with strong attendance and a focus on positioning Milan as a hub for future food trends.

Over four days at Rho Milano Fiera, the trade fair recorded 95,000 entrances, filling 10 pavilions with a dense schedule of meetings, tastings, conventions, and educational sessions. The event brought together producers, distributors, and food-service operators in what organizers described as a dynamic showcase of innovation across the global food industry.

More than 3,000 top international food buyers attended as part of the Fiere di Parma Buyers Program, organized in collaboration with ICE. They were joined by an additional 7,000 representatives from foreign distribution chains and food-service companies who traveled independently to Milan. According to organizers, international operators accounted for about 25% of total attendees.

Momentum is already building for the next edition. Roughly 70% of participating companies have confirmed their presence at TUTTOFOOD Milano 2026, scheduled for May 11–14, ahead of Cibus 2027 in Parma.

“In 2025, TUTTOFOOD showed a great potential, thanks to its world-class venue and the international business appeal of Milan,” organizers said. “Next year, our expertise in top buyer recruitment and our renewed partnership with Anuga will help us to get a new ambitious goal: to build a trade show, boasting a strong participation of international both exhibitors and visitors, a real go-to platform in Southern Europe for discovering tomorrow’s food trends.”
