Urschel said it will present two of its latest food-processing machines at the California League of Food Producers Food Processing Expo in Sacramento on Feb. 4 and 5, highlighting equipment aimed at high-volume commercial processors.
The company, which describes itself as a global leader in food processing technology, said it will feature the DiversaCut 2110A Dicer with conveyor and the KRONEN GS 10-2 Slicer during the two-day event. Urschel said the display is intended to demonstrate a range of industrial cutting solutions for food manufacturers.
The DiversaCut 2110A Dicer is designed for continuous, large-scale production and can perform slicing, dicing, stripping and shredding at high capacities, the company said. The machine accepts products up to 10 inches in any dimension, a feature Urschel said can reduce labor costs and waste by eliminating the need for precutting. A built-in discharge conveyor allows processed food to be transferred directly into containers or onto production lines.
Urschel will also show the KRONEN GS 10-2 Slicer, which it began offering in 2025 as part of a broader partnership with KRONEN. The belt-fed machine is designed to slice, dice, shred, grate and segment a wide range of products, with adjustable cut thickness controlled through a keypad. The company said the slicer’s stainless-steel design, interchangeable cutting discs and compact footprint are intended to improve sanitation and save floor space.
Urschel said visitors can find the company at booth 509 and learn more about how the equipment can be used in industrial food processing. The company said it plans to continue supporting the expo as part of its effort to expand the international food processing sector.
