Ice cream brand Kissyo has recently added “Cookie” and “Coffee & Chocolate Chip” flavors. The organic ice cream contains one-third less sugar than comparable products and, according to the manufacturer Fresh Five, is produced in a climate-neutral manner. “Cookie” ice cream features 70% white vanilla ice cream with ground organic bourbon vanilla pods, 30% hazelnut ice cream, and biscuits that provide the crunch. The “Coffee & Chocolate Chip” ice cream contain organic dark chocolate pieces together with milk and cream.
Recommended retail price is EUR5,99 for the 500 ml package. Kissyo is available all over Germany– currently in over 4,000 retail and organic food stores, as well as gas stations and other selling points.
According to Fresh Five, all the company’s types of yoghurt ice cream in 500 ml cups and the three types of yoghurt ice cream on a stick have less than 90 kcal per 100 ml and per stick.
