Neuhauser Reinvents the Traditional Quiche

Neuhauser, France’s leading provider of baked goods, viennoiseries, and pastries, recently presented its latest snack food innovation, the Crispy Tarts.

To keep up with the latest snack food trends, Neuhauser has reinvented the traditional quiche with these new crispy tarts, a line of two recipes developed with the iconic and ultra crispy pasteis de nata puff pastry, a company statement reads. The range includes Salmon & Dill Tart, with Atlantic salmon cubes, and Bacon & Emmental Tart, with nitrite free bacon.

As authentic as they are tasty, these two recipes use no artificial colouring, and are made with barn eggs and 13% inclusions. Lastly, with its convenient 58g size, this innovation goes perfectly with different meal times, including as an appetizer before dinner, lunch with a green salad, or a snack to go. Neuhauser’s own survey conducted among a panel of
consumers gave the product high marks for its crispiness, with a score of 8/10.
