Italian Exhibition Group (IEG) has announced revised dates for SIGEP WORLD 2026, the international trade show dedicated to gelato, pastry, bakery, coffee, and pizza.
The event will take place at the Rimini Expo Centre in Italy from Friday, January 16, to Tuesday, January 20, reaffirming its position as the foodservice sector’s premier global gathering to kick off the year.
The decision to adjust the schedule aligns with the timeline shift of Dubai’s Gulfood 2026, which moved its dates forward by a month to accommodate Ramadan.
In response, SIGEP WORLD has recalibrated its own calendar to prevent scheduling conflicts with other international trade fairs, ensuring smoother logistical planning for exhibitors while optimizing attendance from both domestic and international buyers.
The move underscores IEG’s strategic commitment to aligning its portfolio with global market dynamics. As in previous years, SIGEP WORLD will once again transform Rimini—long associated with hospitality and innovation—into a showcase for the latest industry developments.
