Dawn Foods, a global manufacturer and distributor of baked goods, made the announcement that it has sold Europastry its frozen bakery manufacturing business in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and the Pacific (AMEAP). The sale includes all associated customer relationships in the region that purchase frozen products produced by Dawn, as well as the manufacturing plant for Dawn’s frozen bakery that is situated in Steenbergen, The Netherlands, and the R&D capabilities that are situated in Evesham, United Kingdom.
