
Frank Dale, a specialist in occasion catering, has introduced two new product lines for the UK food service sector, available through frozen food distributor Central Foods.
The new offerings include a savoury puff tart selection and a mini chocolate cup selection, both designed for easy serving at various events such as weddings, memorials, graduations, and business functions. The chocolate cups require thawing before serving, while the puff pastry tarts need heating.

The savoury puff tart selection features 48 tarts in four flavors: tomato, red pepper and feta; vintage cheddar, leek and bacon; garlic mushroom and spinach; and salmon, cream cheese and chives. The mini chocolate cup selection offers 48 dark chocolate cups in four varieties: tiramisu, lemon cheesecake, banoffee pie, and raspberry panna cotta.
Frank Dale is known for its British-inspired cuisine with a modern twist. Their product range includes quiches, pies, mini bagels, cheese and bacon bites, mini cheeseburger crostini, and Yorkshire puddings, alongside sweet options like miniature cakes and scones. These items are popular for various catered events and are available as heat-and-eat or thaw-and-serve options.
The company produces its range in a BRC AA+ graded facility near Norwich, Norfolk, which is free from nuts, sesame, and celery.
