Frostkrone Brings Modern Finger Food Concepts to Internorga 2026

Frostkrone Foodservice will use Internorga 2026 to demonstrate how the finger food category is evolving to meet the demands of today’s hospitality operators: faster preparation, greater versatility, cost efficiency and a focus on memorable guest experiences.

At its exhibition stand, the company plans to present both its broad product portfolio and its approach to innovation built around consistent quality standards. Frostkrone has positioned its snack and finger food concepts to align with new consumption occasions, from grab-and-go formats to sharing plates and premium snacking. The company says its solutions are designed to integrate smoothly into a wide range of foodservice environments, offering operators flexibility alongside strong commercial performance.

The portfolio reflects international food trends while maintaining high product consistency. Frostkrone highlights short delivery times, adaptable order volumes and supply reliability as advantages for hospitality professionals seeking planning security in day-to-day operations. The company also emphasizes its customer support model. “At Frostkrone, customers have direct points of contact who are easy to reach, take the time to provide expert advice and actively support the development of new menu ideas or snack concepts,” says Emiel Lommen, Global Commercial Director of the Frostkrone Food Group.

Visitors to Hall A4, Stand 111 will be invited to sample products in a relaxed setting designed to encourage informal discussion with customers and partners. One of the stand’s interactive features will be the Cheesy Loop Party Cam, where guests enjoying a Cheesy Loop may appear live on a large screen, reinforcing the brand’s lifestyle-oriented appeal.

Among the products being highlighted are Cheesy Loops, a mini-format snack designed for maximum convenience. With their ring shape and potato-and-cheese texture, the items are positioned as versatile additions for buffets, side dishes or quick-service snacking. Weighing 12 grams per piece, they can be served in roughly two minutes and are designed to retain crispness during holding periods. The range includes Cheddar Potato, Cheddar Onion and Cheddar Jalapeño varieties.

Frostkrone will also showcase Sweet Pies, pastry pockets filled with options such as cherries, apple, vanilla cream or chocolate. At 50 grams each, they are intended as an easy-to-prepare dessert or impulse offering for cafés and grab-and-go outlets, with multiple varieties supporting seasonal marketing opportunities.

Premium snacking will be represented through Old Amsterdam Cheese Bites, which feature the brand’s mature Dutch cheese. The bites combine a creamy interior with a crisp exterior, complemented by parsley and a hint of garlic, offering a more upscale alternative to standard snack formats.

Another featured item, Mozzarella Patties, is aimed at operators looking to add variety to burger menus. With a crisp coating and melting mozzarella center, the 90-gram patties can be served as a vegetarian option or as an upgrade to traditional burgers, ready in around three minutes.
