frostkrone’s Lava Bites finger foods are one of the winners of the Taste Innovation Show at Anuga 2019. A specialty jury comprising journalists selected the industry’s top innovations, within the framework of Anuga 2019.
A lot of things have occurred in the finger food and snack segment since 2018, which has already been on national and international expansion course for five years now. Since this period, frostkrone has included, in addition to frostkrone and Bornholter – the Varenna Gastronomie and Piz’wich Europe companies which are both based in France. The U.S. company Rite Stuff Foods Inc. was also incorporated into this finger food and snack family at the beginning of 2019.
frostkrone’s Lava Bites are snacks that include cheddar cheese on the inside and crispy tempura batter on the outside. Red jalapeños were added for an extra hot kick.
In addition to Lava Bites, frostkrone will also present five new XTREME products at Anuga including Maxxarella, Crack ,n’ Cheese Cubes, Apple Love Balls, Pizza Pocket Breakfast and Pizza Pocket Organic.
Anuga 2019 takes place between October 5-9, 2019 in Cologne, Germany, and participants can find frostkrone in Hall 4.2 on Stand 030.
