Stefanie Mauritz will be assuming the position of director of Anuga at Koelnmesse, a press release has revealed. Starting February 2020, she will be taking on the position from Lorenz Rau, who will be leaving the company at the end of January to become Messe Ausburg’s Chief Executive Office as already announced.
Previously, Mauritz has been the director of euvend & coffeena, the international trade fair for the vending and coffee industry, since 2016. After working in the field of management consulting, she joined Koelnmesse in 2014, where she worked in Corporate Development for twelve years and was already heavily involved in the development of Koelnmesse’s extensive portfolio as part of the Global Competence in Food and FoodTec.
