Surgital’s booth will have a spotlight on the top deep-frozen fresh pasta brand, Divine Creazioni®, which, as always, combines tradition and innovation with sophisticated pairings and flavors, perfect for upscale restaurants. Two new products will be presented for the first time to the international audience.
The first one, a new recipe that exudes tradition and home cooking, brought together in a product for fine dining, perfected with the care and dedication that distinguishes Surgital’s premium brand: BAULETTI® WITH BAROLO DOCG SLOW BRAISED BEEF are the result of a thorough research campaign, in which the company tested the reactions of chefs from over 100 restaurants. The second novelty is BAULETTI® WITH PORCINI MUSHROOMS AND “TALEGGIO DOP” CHEESE, an upgrade to its previous Scrigni® with porcini mushrooms.
With these new releases at Anuga, Surgital intends to show the international market – and especially the European market – its innovative spirit, while always remaining faithful to the culinary tradition that has made pasta the most-loved dish in the world.
