The Frozen Butcher, a Premium Quality Burger Concept of Zandbergen World’s Finest Meat (The Netherlands), was selected by the Grand Jury as winner of the Award for the category Meat Products at Sial Innovation 2014.
The Frozen Butcher is a new hamburger concept, which consists of six different high quality hamburgers with a hard claim on origin and/or breed: An Angus certified burger, a Wagyu burger, a US Beef burger, an Iberico burger, a Lamb burger and an Organic burger.
The concept redesigns the burger, from fast food to a high quality dish. These burgers can easily replace any other high quality meat ingredient in a meal, giving the consumer an honest product with a story, specific taste and eating experience.
