Key Technology Names New Area Sales Manager for Southeast U.S.

Key Technology has announced the appointment of Jeff Nielsen as Area Sales Manager for the Southeast and South Central United States. Nielsen is responsible for bringing Key’s digital sorting, conveying and automation systems to customers that process potatoes, vegetables, fruits and more.

Nielsen brings 17 years of experience in food processing equipment sales. Most recently, he was the Southeast Sales Manager with Industrial Ventilation, Inc. Previously, he was the Southeast Regional Sales Manager with Tomra Sorting Solutions. Nielsen holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology from the University of Wisconsin.

Based near Atlanta, Georgia, Nielsen takes responsibility for the area that was handled by Bob Freeman, who is retiring from Key after 19 years.
