At Anuga, Canuti Tradizione Italiana introduced two product lines which mark a difference in the foodservice sector. The first one is the ”BioSpeciali” line. Filled pastas, prepared in the traditional way with bronze die extrusion (trafilatura al bronzo, in Italian language). BioSpeciali pasta are Organic and Vegan, made with several types of alternative flours, very innovative fillings and excellent nutritional values. The second one is the “Delizie” line, traditional formats with a very this pasta sheet, selected PDO ingredients and regional recipes. Thinner pasta means lots of soft and creamy filling and shorter cooking times.
