Häagen-Dazs Reveals Alcohol-Infused Ice Cream Collection

Frozen dessert company, Häagen-Dazs has recently announced a new line of spirits-flavored ice cream dubbed The Spirits Collection.

The new flavors are Irish Cream Brownie, Rum Tres Leches, Bourbon Vanilla Bean Truffle, Stout Chocolate Pretzel Crunch, Bourbon Praline Pecan, Irish Cream Cook Squares and Amaretto Black Cherry Almond Toffee which is 100% non-dairy.

“The Häagen-Dazs brand is build on a passion for transforming the finest ingredients into extraordinary ice cream experiences. The Spirits Collection was expertly crafted to offer new, extraordinary ways to indulge. Each flavor is perfect to pair with your favorite cocktail, elevate a boozy float or simply enjoy on its own”, said Rachel Jaiven, brand manager at Häagen-Dazs.

While the ice cream flavors mimic the taste of alcohol, the products actually contain 0.5% alcohol by volume. The collection is hitting shelves across the US, and will be widely available in the freezer aisles nationwide by April 2019. All options will be sold in 14 oz. cartons (or in 3-ct. package for the Cookie Square) at a suggested retail price of USD5.29.

The new products will also be available Häagen-Dazs shops starting March 1 in a cup, cone, sundae or premium milkshake.
