Greek manufacturer HQF SA Kanaki has recently introduced a line of frozen ready to bake delicacies that can be served either as a light meal, or after cutting them diagonally as an appetizer.
Each pack contains two 150g filo parcels.
They are made with crispy filo pastry brushed with olive oil and 3 different fillings:
· Greek Salad – with tomato, green peppers, onions, feta cheese, olives and oregano.
· Plant Based Bolognese – sautéed plant based mincemeat with tomatoes, carrots and spices.
· Spanakopita – with spinach, leeks, onion, dill feta and mizithra cheese.
