STEF Delivers Paul Bocuse Gourmet Dishes

STEF – the European specialist for cold logistics – will deliver gourmet dishes created by Paul Bocuse (grand chef cuisiner, 3 Michelin stars since 1965) for the evening gala that will take place on Thursday, May 7 2015, at the France Pavilion of the Universal Exhibition.

Transport and logistics operations between Lyon and the heart of the Universal Exhibition will be carried out under controlled temperature to ensure freshness and safety.

Through this unprecedented operation, STEF contributes to the prestige of French haute cuisine. For us, the Expo Milano 2015 represents a mobilization at a European scale and for a period of 180 days in order to carry out deliveries from the whole of Europe to Milan to serve the pavilions and booths through dedicated and perfectly secured logistics means. ”

STEF delivers fresh products, frozen products, and seafood every day to the Expo Milano 2015. Since the start of the Expo, the group has supplied 15 pavilions and booths of the Expo Milano 2015, including the France Pavilion, the “CIBUSèITALIA” Pavilion, and the shops of emblematic Italian brand EATALY.
