Tommy’s Debuts Two New Vegetable Blends


Frozen vegetable company Tommy’s Superfoods has released two new products that exemplify the brand’s commitment to providing taste, nutrition, and convenience through plant-based eating.

The two new products include Asian Fusion and Cauliflower & Purple Sweet Potatoes. The first one represents a seven veggie blend with non-GMO Tamari that are seasoned with hand-crafted an Asian 5-spice blend including black sesame seeds.

As for the second option, it pairs four vegetables including purple sweet potatoes and green chickpeas with Tommy’s original BBQ seasoning blend.

“There are a lot of choices at the grocery store for consumers looking to eat healthier by following a plant-based diet. But not all plant-based foods are healthy choices, and some can even be considered ultra-processed foods. Tommy’s is committed to providing consumers with the pinnacle of healthy by using whole vegetables, that are flash-frozen to maintain maxim nutrients, freshness, and seal in texture and flavor,” said Doug Carlson, CEO of Tommy’s Superfoods.

According to Tommy’s, the company does not use artificial colors or flavors, and relies on all-natural or plant-based, low-sodium seasoning and ingredients like extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and non-GMO Tamari, as well non-GMO vegetables.
