UNLIMEAT Launches Online Shop, New K-Vegan Offerings

UNLIMEAT, a leading plant-based Korean food brand, launched its online store this week.

The UNLIMEAT SHOP showcases bestsellers like pulled pork and Korean BBQ, along with new offerings such as frozen kimbap and gluten-free frozen desserts. Furthermore, they plan to introduce limited editions, collaborative products, and items popular in Korea through the online shop.

UNLIMEAT debuted its Korean BBQ and pulled pork earlier this year in more than 1,000 Albertsons locations nationwide. Furthermore, the business has been supplying Northern California’s natural and organic retailers with dumplings and other products. Nevertheless, not everyone has access to the entire product array, and there have been restrictions on the variety of goods offered in physical stores.

Garlic stems, pickled daikon radish, and plant-based bulgogi or tuna fill UNLIMEAT Kimbap, a vegan rendition of a beloved Korean folded rice delicacy. Its rice is seasoned with salt and sesame oil rather than vinegar, unlike Japanese sushi. UNLIMEAT was able to keep the seaweed from getting mushy by freezing the kimbap, which also makes it possible for it to be kept for a whole year. The plant-based version from UNLIMEAT is ready to eat in just three minutes in the microwave, making it a pleasurable and speedy experience.

Glutinous rice is used to make chapssaruni, a gluten-free cake. Although it has a shape similar to a baby bundt cake, the hybrid batter gives the cake a chewy, soft feel that makes for an entirely different kind of cake to enjoy. This delicacy has become very famous in Korea and is not only dairy-free and gluten-free but also vegan.
