Urschel, global leader in food cutting technology, is broadening its offering by making KRONEN processing systems available in the US, Mexico, Pakistan, and China.
The announcement comes as the company showcases both Urschel machinery and KRONEN systems at Pack Expo in Las Vegas, running September 29 through October 1.
The move follows Urschel’s strategic investment in KRONEN GmbH, the German food processing equipment maker. KRONEN’s portfolio includes peelers, washers, conveyors, slicers, dicers, dryers, mixers, and preparation equipment. Executives say the partnership complements Urschel’s cutting technology, enabling the companies to deliver integrated solutions across a wider range of food processing applications.
“By offering KRONEN machinery through Urschel, we’re giving our customers access to a wider portfolio of high-quality, efficient solutions—all powered by Urschel’s trusted expertise and quality service. Customers in the newly added markets will be able to purchase KRONEN equipment directly through Urschel, with existing sales representatives handling both Urschel and KRONEN product lines. The company says the arrangement ensures continuity of support and service while expanding opportunities for growth in global markets.
