The largest program for food innovation in the world, EIT Food, is now a partner of Anuga.
The goal of the long-term, strategic relationship is to advance communication and interdisciplinary collaboration to realize a sustainable food system, in keeping with the central idea of Anuga, “Sustainable Growth.” Innovative concepts and fresh sustainable advances in the food business will have a platform thanks to the collaboration between EIT Food and the top international trade show for food and drinks. In order to do this, they will gather the most significant figures from the corporate, political, and industry sectors at Anuga in Cologne from October 7 to 11, 2023.

New ways towards an improved, global food system will be highlighted in the course of different event formats and subsequently there will be an opportunity to engage in a direct exchange with an international trade audience and the trade media,” explained Bastian Mingers, vice president Food.

The key contents of the partnership are, among others, a professional exchange and knowledge transfer, the joint development of the conference and event programme of Anuga with panel discussions, workshops and speakers, and joint press events in the run-up to and during Anuga.
