Bridor Diversifies Its B’Break Snacking Range


French bakery company Bridor has introduced two additions to its convenience-driven B’Break range of hand-held snacking rolls. The latest developments incorporate ingredients recognized for their nutritional qualities.

With 63% of 25-35-year-olds replacing a meal with a snacking product due to a lack of time, B’Break could be the solution. These new products appeal to a wide range of businesses looking to provide indulgent yet nutritionally balanced bakery treats. At 70g each the rolls have a soft crumb and a generous amount of add-ins.

  • Apricot, Pistachio & Spelt –Spelt has been grown for around 11,000 years and is known for being naturally high in fiber and easy to digest. This bread roll delivers flavor and texture from the combination of fruit, nuts and flax seeds.
  • Fig, Almond & Buckwheat – Buckwheat has non-irritant soluble fibers which can make you feel fuller. This grain is complemented by sweet, fragrant figs and crunchy almonds.

These latest additions join six existing B’Break recipes which are made with bread dough that follows the clean label approach: free of preservatives, additives and colorants.
