Elea will be exhibiting at Anuga FoodTec again. The booth will be equipped with its versatile PEFPilot Dual system for live demonstrations on various products and to show PEF benefits on-site.
Also on the stand, the company will be presenting its all-in-one industrial-scale system, the PEF Advantage B1. The compact design of the B 1 allows easy line integration and was specially designed for potato chips and fruit drying lines as well as smaller French fries lines with a capacity of up to 7,5 t/h.
PEF improves product quality and yield whilst reducing processing costs and energy use. Raw materials treated with Pulsed Electric Field (PEF) are easier to cut, show less breakage, and retain color and shape while drying. PEF application allows to reduce blanching time and temperature, as well as drying time. Undesired quality changes will be reduced.
The Elea expert team will be in hall 10.1 at booth No. B-68/C-69. There, visitors can discover what Elea Pulsed Electric Field can do to bring value to businesses.
