The 2025 edition of TUTTOFOOD Milano concluded with a strong showing of 95,000 entrances over four days marked by a high concentration of meetings, tastings, educational sessions, and business appointments.
Visitors navigated a packed agenda across the ten sprawling pavilions of Rho Milano Fiera, reflecting the event’s growing international stature and operational scale.
Central to the fair’s success was the robust presence of global food buyers. The Fiere di Parma Buyers Program, organized in partnership with the Italian Trade Agency (ICE), brought in 3,000 top-tier international buyers. An additional 7,000 foreign representatives from organized foodservice and distribution networks attended independently. In total, international operators made up roughly 25 percent of overall attendance—an indication of the fair’s increasing global reach.
Looking ahead, nearly 70 percent of this year’s exhibiting companies have already confirmed their participation in TUTTOFOOD Milano 2026, scheduled for May 11–14. Many are also aligning their calendars with Cibus 2027, to be held in Parma from May 4–7, suggesting sustained confidence in Italy’s premier food events.
“This extraordinary re-booking result gives us a concrete measure of the satisfaction registered by exhibitors, which is not surprising for Cibus, which has now become part of the business routine of Italian food operators,” said Antonio Cellie, CEO of Fiere di Parma. “Used to the Parma district we have now become familiar with the dimensions of the Milan one and we are already working on the 2026 layout to make it even more readable and effective. It certainly looks very flattering to us for this our first edition of TUTTOFOOD MILANO, which we can call truly global,” he added, calling the results “further confirmation of the validity and strength of the food hub we are building Parma – Milan – Cologne.”
With the event at Rho Milano Fiera now concluded, preparations are already underway for a new international roadshow. The Parma & Cologne team will embark on a global promotional tour to meet with industry stakeholders and exhibitors at leading food fairs. Stops include PLMA in Amsterdam on May 20–21, Thaifex in Bangkok from May 27–31, Fancy Food in New York from June 29 to July 1, and Anuga in Cologne from October 20–25. The latter will serve as a major launch point for both TUTTOFOOD Milano 2026 and Cibus 2027, cementing the collaboration between Fiere di Parma and Koelnmesse as a pivotal force in the international food industry.
