White Castle, the century-old fast-food chain known for its iconic sliders, has introduced a new addition to its permanent menu: the Crispy Chicken Slider.
The launch marks the brand’s latest move to expand its offerings while staying rooted in its signature comfort food identity.
The Crispy Chicken Slider features an all-white meat chicken fillet, breaded in a crispy buttermilk coating and topped with White Castle’s newly developed honeycomb mustard sauce, all served on the chain’s signature soft bun. Customers have the option to upgrade to the Deluxe Crispy Chicken Slider—featuring American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and the same honeycomb mustard sauce—for an additional 20 cents.
“This isn’t just an update — it’s an upgrade,” said Jamie Richardson, Vice President at White Castle. “We’ve listened to our Cravers, and our culinary team has over delivered. They have crafted a chicken slider that elevates our Crave quotient and will have customers clamoring for more. And all for a price that’s a great value.”
White Castle, based in Columbus, Ohio, operates approximately 340 restaurants and maintains a national presence through its retail division, which distributes frozen versions of its menu items in grocery stores across the United States. The introduction of the new chicken slider reflects the company’s ongoing efforts to diversify its menu while preserving the brand’s nostalgic appeal.
