Urschel Japan to Showcase Food Processing Equipment at FOOMA Japan 2026

Urschel Japan Co., Ltd plans to showcase several of its latest food-processing systems at FOOMA Japan 2026, as manufacturers across the industry continue investing in automation, precision cutting and higher-capacity production equipment.

The company said it will present its new Little Gem Aspire Dicer during the trade show, which will take place from 2-5 June at Tokyo Big Sight. Urschel Japan will exhibit at Booth E1-15-19 alongside demonstrations of the Affinity Integra Dicer, the Comitrol Processor Model 1700 and the Comitrol Processor Model 3600F.

The exhibition comes as food manufacturers globally face mounting pressure to improve operational efficiency while maintaining product consistency and adapting to shifting consumer demand.

Urschel said the new Little Gem Aspire Dicer expands the company’s portfolio of compact processing equipment designed to combine ease of use with high-performance cutting capabilities. The company is positioning the machine toward producers seeking flexible solutions for continuous production environments.

FOOMA Japan has become one of Asia’s largest food-processing trade shows, attracting manufacturers, equipment suppliers and foodservice companies seeking insight into emerging production technologies and automation trends.

At this year’s exhibition, Urschel plans to emphasize how its machinery supports high-volume operations through simplified processing systems and precision cutting technology, areas that remain central to efficiency improvements across the sector.

The company said attendees visiting its booth will be able to examine how the equipment integrates compact design, operational simplicity and production performance for industrial food-processing applications.
