TUTTOFOOD – the Italian global food exhibition – will welcome some new entries during the May 6-9 event in Milan, such as TUTTOFROZEN and TUTTOSEAFOOD. These two sections are dedicated to frozen food and fish products. On top of that new areas like TUTTOWINE, TUTTOKOSHER and TUTTOHALAL will also be part of the event. They come to join the historic TUTTODAIRY and TUTTOMEAT pavilions, as well as TUTTOGROCERY, TUTTOSWEET and TUTTOPASTA sectors.
The trade show will also provide visitors with numerous networking and knowledge-sharing events. For example, this year the organizers will inaugurate the Evolution Plaza, the digital transformation village, which together with the Retail Plaza will offer an overview of the innovations in the agri-food sector. The Evolution Plaza is the space where companies and research centers can meet up and discuss new ideas. Netcomm, an Italian e-commerce consortium, will bring its Food Lab eCommerce platform to this area. The firm will also hold a training course addressing issues related to agri-food digital retail, from design and definition of KPIs to critical steps, logistics and payments.
Other events participants should take into consideration to attend include:
- The first Dried Fruit Forum hosted by the Retail Plaza and organized in collaboration with SG Marketing. Coordinated by a Scientific Committee and with the participation of the INC (International Nut and Dried Fruit Council), the event will involve Italian and international professionals form the mass retail trade, production and organization.
- The TUTTOBRAND Award which is dedicated to the best performance by brands of Food & Beverage consumer goods in different categories including #atuttocarrello for the best sales performance, #auttoqualita for product excellence, #atuttopack for the best packaging and others.
